COVID‐19 Policies and Procedures

We want our guests to have the best experience possible with us while they are visiting Ouray. Due to state and county restrictions, the following are necessary changes to our operating policies and procedures:

  • Are you healthy? If you have health symptoms related to or have been in close contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19, we ask you please call our front desk and reschedule your stay.
  • One (1) Person Check‐In: The person whose name is on the reservation will need to be the only one that comes to the lobby to check‐in. Valid government issued ID and the credit card that will be used to pay for the stay.
  • No Cash will be accepted.
  • Limited Lobby Access: The lobby will be open from 8:00 am – 9:00 pm. Access to the lobby will be limited to 2 people from the same family at a time.
  • Facemasks: Please bring your facemask with you when you travel to Ouray. Our lobby and many stores and restaurants require them before you will be allowed to enter.
  • Breakfasts: We are serving grab-bag that you can take to your room the night of your stay.
  • Receipt for your stay: We will no longer print receipts. All receipts will be sent to the email address on file. You can verify your address at the front desk during the check‐in process.
  • Hot Tub Access: Currently open. Guests reserve 1-hour time slots at the front desk.
  • Restaurants: All restaurants are open with limited seating.
